The B&B Burger has carmelized onions, heirloom tomato, aged white cheddar and mayo served on a brioche bun. The Lamb Burger featured seasoned lamb with roasted bell peppers, tzatziki sauce and feta cheese. The Wharf Burger is a ⅓ pound patty topped with fried calamari, melted pepper jack cheese and chipotle aioli. Last but not least is the Battered Bull Burger with a ⅓ pound patty topped with Heinz 57 sauce, crispy fried onions, melted bleu cheese and chipotle aioli. For a seafood twist on the classic burger, try the grilled salmon sandwich - dressed up on a bun to match the other burgers. To prepare the Duck, Duck, Gus Burger, Chef Trejo grinds lean duck meat, which has a red meat texture of beef, with a fatty duck liver then presses it into an 8 oz. patty and grills it perfectly to medium rare. The patty is then topped with foie gras, fresh from Sonoma County; grilled onions; black truffle aioli; and quince membrillo, a popular Spanish paste from quince. It is then topped with Manchego cheese and tucked in a warm, seeded brioche bun. The Duck, Duck, Gus burger is served with hand cut fries, made with Kennebec potatoes cooked in rendered duck fat, then topped with a sunny side up duck egg.
